For prescription refill requests, please allow for 72 BUSINESS HOURS (not including Saturday or Sunday).
Be advised that if you request a medication refill on a Friday or during the weekend, it may not be processed until Tuesday. Please plan accordingly.
We request that you utilize the patient portal for making all refill requests.
OUR OFFICE will either contact you by phone call or patient portal message to let you know when your prescriptions are signed and ready for pick up. If we can call your non-controlled prescriptions in to your pharmacy, we will let you know, and your pharmacy will call you when it is ready for you.
As a patient, your refills are contingent on keeping routine appointments. If you have not been seen within 6 months to a year, you may be requested to come in for an appointment before getting refills of your medications.
If you are changing your main pharmacy, please let our office know so we may update it in your patient information.
Our prescriptions mailing policy has also changed. Please speak with the front desk or a medical assistant for details.
